Heeling Home Dog Rescue (H.H.D.R) is a non-profit, independently run rescue organization based in the GTA that works to save urgent dogs from high-kill shelters in the U.S.A. The rescue relies on generous donations and wonderful foster homes to save the lives of these desperate dogs. Most dogs are abandoned through no fault of their own (e.g. financial difficulties, divorce, moving, etc). H.H.D.R. completely vets all dogs, including spay/neuter, UTD vaccines including rabies, dewormed, heartworm tested (-). Dogs are temperament tested and selected to be friendly family companions.
H.H.D.R. is transporting 7 dogs from Ohio to the GTA on November 9th! All have been vetted, are super friendly and are looking for LOVING FOREVER homes!
Our foster-to-adopt program ensures that the fit between dog and adoptive home is ideal. If we don't have the right match in this transport, we can definitely find you the right dog through our connections with several shelters in the U.S.
